[HDRP] Memory leaks while denoising repeatedly in the Play mode when using Path Tracing Denoiser
Reproduction steps:
- Open the user attached project
- Open the “Millionaire” scene
- Enter the Play mode
- In the Scene view aim at a cube
- Do not move the Scene view camera, observe denoising
- After denoising move the Scene view camera and/or change the perspective
- Repeat steps 4, 5, 6 for 10-20 times
Expected result: RAM consumption remains the same
Actual result: RAM consumption goes up with every denoising cycle
Reproducible with: 1.0.0 (2022.2.0b12, 2023.1.0a15)
Could not test with: 2020.3.41f1, 2021.3.12f1, 2022.1.20f1 (denoising package is not available)
Reproduced on: Windows 10

Tested in 2023.1 and the issue appears to still be present.
