[HDRP] Maximum light count of Area and Punctual lights are not treated seperately
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Select HDRenderPipelineAsset
3. Observe that Lights section Maximum Punctual On Screen and Maximum Area on Screen has values set to 10
4. Check the game view and notice that priority is held to point lights and only point lights are displayed
Expected result: Maximum light count of Area and Punctual lights should be treated separately
