[HDRP] Max Debug Light Count in ColorAndEdge mode does not do anything
In Debug->Lighting->DisplayVolumes->ColorAndEdge slider called MaxDebugLightCount does nothing. Need to remove it if its not intended for use with this mode or apply a fix.
