[HDRP] Materials Samples Showcase links to docs are broken

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new High Definition 3D project.
In Window > Package Manager > High Definition RP, download "Material Samples" from the Samples Tab.
Open "Eye" scene. Click the "eye" link in the Samples Showcase window.
Open "Hair" scene. Click the "Hair Shading" link in the Samples Showcase window.

Actual results: Steps 3&4 links lead to missing pages.

Expected results: No issue with the links in editor window.

Reproducible with versions: HDRP 17.0.3 (6000.0.0f1)

Couldn't test: HDRP 17.0.0 (2023.3.0a7), couldn't locate a Samples Showcase window.

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 20.04

Notes:

As this is a link issue, I didn't regression test this much. Please contact ticket reporter if further testing is required.
