[HDRP] Material upgrader breaks standard transparent materials
Version tested: 2020.1.0a5 + 7.0.1
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached scene or create an empty standard pipeline project along with any transparent standard material
2) Open Package Manager and install HDRP
3) Run Render Pipeline -> HDRP Wizard and click Fix All
4) Run Edit -> Render Pipeline -> Upgrade Project Materials to HDRP Materials
5) Observe that upgraded material stopped being transparent and changing its alpha values does not affect anything
Expected result: converted HD Lit material should act like normal transparent material
