[HDRP] Material doesn't have a float or range property error is thrown when HDRP/Decal Shader is assigned to Material
"Material doesn't have a float or range property '_TransparentSortPriority'" AND "Material doesn't have a float or range property '_AlphaCutoffEnable'" Errors are thrown when HDRP/Decal Shader is assigned to Material
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new project with HDRP Template
2. Upgrade High Definition RP Package to 7.1.5
3. Project > Create > Material
4. Inspector > Shader > HDRP > Decal
Actual Result:
Errors are thrown on applying "Decal" Shader to "HDRP Material"
Expected Result:
Decal Shader get assigned to HDRP Material without any errors
Reproducible on:
2020.1.0a14, 2019.3.0b12
Note: Unable to check on 7.1.2 because this package version was broken

Windows 10 & macOS 10.14
