HDRP Material Color changes in the Material preview when hovering the cursor over the Inspector
How to reproduce:
1. Open the "PreviewIssueProject" project
2. Open the "Scene" in the "Assets/Test"
3. Select the "GreenMaterial" Material in the "Assets/Test"
4. Hover the cursor over the Inspector
5. Observe the "GreenMaterial" Preview
Expected result: "GreenMaterial" colour doesn't change
Actual result: "GreenMaterial" colour darkens or becomes brighter
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0b14, 2021.3.22f1, 2022.2.11f1, 2023.1.0b9, 2023.2.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2020.3.46f1, 2021.2.0b13
Reproducible on: Windows 10 Pro
Note: only reproducible with HDRP/Lit materials
