[HDRP] Lit shader refraction works differently on OSX and Windows
Steps to reproduce
1) Open attached scene both on Windows and Mac machines
2) Switch to Game view
3) Observe different results with same IOR (1.8) values
Notes:
Both Box and Sphere model work differently.
Sphere model on Windows has some jittering issues when moving the mouse.
Approximately identical results can be only achieved with the following settings: Mac Sphere model - IOR 1.8, Windows Sphere model - IOR 1.03
