[HDRP] Issue with HDRP default global settings upgrade. Lens flares should be On by default, but are off
This is a discussed issue with the developers. Looks like the migration code might not be working properly in certain cases.
Reproduction:
1) Create a HDRP template when Lens flares didnt exist yet. Example Unity 2021.2.0a9
2) Change manifest to use HDRP/hd_lens_flare branch or Master if already merged
3) Open the global settings file and in the Frame Settings>Camera>Rendering notice the Lens flare value
Expected: Lens Flare is enabled
Result: Lens Flare is disabled (see attached image)
