[HDRP] Indoor scene is over exposed due to clouds if created from HDRP template
Repro:
1) Create a new HDRP template with recent unity version (for example 2022.2.a7). It wont repro if another project is used.
2) Create a new Indoor scene
Result: the scene is over exposed
Expected: the scene is dark as intended
I dont fully comprehend the issue, because If I go to default settings and toggle Clouds off and then back on - the scene renders as intended. This should have no effect.
I also not sure why the clouds are affecting the ambient lighting in the first place if the checkbox (showcased in the end of the video) is unchecked in the Lighting tab.
