[HDRP] Incorrect exposure of Volumetric clouds planar reflection
Version tested: 2021.2.0a19 + HDRP 12.0
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached project
2) Make sure Exposure Control is enabled in HDRP settings
3) Observe that cloud reflections are looking correctly
4) Start the playmode
5) Observe that reflection becomes overexposed. Effect passes back to edit mode until camera moves away.
Note: Planar reflection works correctly in playmode without Exposure Control enabled.
