Repro:
1. Create a new unity project.
2. Download High Definition RP package through Package Manager. (Window -> Package Manager)
3. Build the Project. (File -> Build Settings -> Build)

Note that in the last sentence, it says "lead no VERY long compilation time" instead of "lead to".

4. Press 'Ok'.

The second sentence of the next dialogue box asks "Are you sure you want to continue ?" with a space between continue and the question mark.
