[HDRP] HDRI sky exposure works incorrectly with reflections of HDRP/Unlit surfaces
Versions tested 2019.2.3f1, 2020.1.0a8 + 7.0.1, 7.1.2, 8.0.0
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open attached scene or quickly recreate a similar one (new hdrp scene template, plane with planar reflection and unlit objects above it)
2) Observe that reflection is black
3) Make sure that exposure is set to automatic. Go to HDRI Sky component and disable exposure -- reflection is back to normal
Bonus issue:
Deleting directional light breaks reflection
Steps to reproduce:
1) Delete directional light
2) Go to HDRI Sky component and disable exposure
3) Move camera a bit
4) Select Sphere object
5) Observe that reflection disappears completely
