[ShaderGraph] Blocks with long names clip out of the stack frame
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any HDRP project
- Create a PBR Sky Shader Graph (Assets>Create>Shader Graph>HDRP>PBR Sky Shader Graph)
- Open the graph
- Observe the output blocks
Expected result: everything is aligned
Actual result: Ground Normal element is of a different width and its highlighted frame does not encompass its entire width
Note: this issue is not specific to HDRP, you can also reproduce by creating a custom interpolator and a very long name

Reproducible with: 2023.2.0a20, 2023.2.0b15, 2023.3.0a12
