[HDRP] Ghosting artifacts are shown in the Game view when SSGI is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "SSGI_HDRP.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Move the Character with WASD keys
5. Observe the Game view
Expected result: No ghosting
Actual result: Ghosting artifacts are shown on the wall
Reproducible with: 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a19)
Not reproducible 10.5.0 (2020.3.10f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.10f1)
