HDRP foldout is indented in the Graph Inspector while URP/Built-in is not
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "ShaderGraph.zip" project
2. Open the "New Shader Graph" Shader Graph
3. Observe the Graph Inspector
Expected result: HDRP/URP foldout has no indentation
Actual result: HDRP foldout has an indentation
Reproducible with: 10.5.0 (2020.3.10f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.8f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a17)
Could not test with: 7.6.0 (No Graph Inspector)
