[HDRP] Errors are thrown when "Infinite" and "Under Water" options are simultaneously enabled under "Water Surface" Component
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "HDRP_2022-2_Testing" project
2. Select the "River" GameObject
Expected result: No errors are thrown in the Console log
Actual result: "type is not a supported float value" error is spammed in the Console log when the selected GameObject is enabled and "General -> Infinite" and "Underwater -> Under Water" options are enabled under "Water Surface" Component
Reproducible with: 14.0.2 (2022.2.0a11)
Couldn't test with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.38f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.33f1), 12.1.6 (2021.3.1f1), 13.1.8 (2022.1.0f1)
