[HDRP] Enabling Matcap via debug mode vs light button in the scene, dont match.

Package: Scriptable Render Pipeline HD

-

1) Open template (or some project that has transparent objects)
2) Turn on the Matcap via Debug mode. Look at the worker glasses
3) Turn on the Matcap via Light button in the scene. Look at the worker glasses.

The transparent object is rendered differently. Also the shader compiled for me twice. Shouldnt they share the same shader and be identical?
