[HDRP][DXR] Reflections don't appear when the GameObject is instantiated with HideFlags
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "DxrHideFlagsTest" project
2. Open the "Test" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
Expected results: All three spheres have reflections
Actual results: The most-right sphere doesn't have a reflection
Reproducible with: 7.4.2, 7.5.3 (2019.4.22f1), 10.3.1 (2020.3.1f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.0f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a10)
Could not test with: 2018.4 because the High Definition RP was not yet available, High Definition RP 7.4.1 and earlier because of the CS0535 error

Resolution Note:
I'm postponing this bug for now, since we are working on an API that properly fixes this issue. We will check again once the API is ready.
