[HDRP][DXR] Player Build crashes when Scene contains Planar Reflection Probes
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project named "Case_1339749"
2. Build the Player
3. Launch the project Build
Expected results: The player launches with no issues
Actual results: The player freezes and then crashes on launch
Reproducible with: 2020.2.0b8(10.0.0-preview.27), 2020.3.9f1(10.5.0), 2021.1.7f1(11.0.0), 2021.2.0a1(11.0.0), 2021.2.0a14(12.0.0),
Not reproducible with: 2019.4.27f1(7.6.0), 2021.1.8f1(11.0.0), 2021.2.0a15(12.0.0)
Could not test with: 2018.4.27f1(HDRP was in early preview)
