[HDRP][DXR] Pathtracer does not converge when there's scene view and game view side by side
Repro steps :
- Open attached project
- Open SampleScene
- Make sure pathtracer is active
- check that pathtracer accumulate/converge when looking only at the scene view / game view
- Put scene view and game view side by side
Expected : Everything should converge
Result : does not converge
Additional info :
- Does NOT repro on latest master with 2022.1.0a14
- Does NOT repro on latest 2021.1
- Does NOT repro on latest 2020.3

- Windows 10
- Unity 2021.2.0f1
- HDRP 12.1.0
