[HDRP][DXR] Game view becomes black when switching between camera's while Path Tracing is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1337843_Repro" project
2. Open the "asd" Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Press "S" then "A" back and forth to switch cameras (keep on repeating)
Expected results: The Game view does not become black
Actual results: The Game view will become black eventually
Reproducible with: 7.6.0 (2019.4.28f1), 10.5.0 (2020.3.11f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.10f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0a19)
