[HDRP] [DX12] Editor crashes when switched to DX12
Versions tested: 2019.3.0f6 + 7.2.0
1) Create an HDRP template
2) Go to Edit ->Project Settings -> Player -> Other Settings
3) Change Windows Graphics API to DirectX 12
4) Observe that the Editor crashes
Expected result: Should switch to dx12 without issues.

I just ran into this issue, with Unity 2020.1.11f1 & HDRP 8.2.0
It happens when I try to add a Fog to my Global Volume. I disabled the fog for testing and it works just fine.
Don't know if this will be helpful though, but I think it's better to report use cases where this issue occurs.

Still present in 7.3? I'm experiencing the same issue from 2019.3.15 to 2020.1.0b
