[HDRP]Disabling the camera object does not clear the game view until another gameobject is selected
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a new project
2. Import HDRP package
3. Create a new HDRP asset and set it to be used in Graphics Settings
4. Dock the scene view somewhere else so both scene and game view are visible
- Or switch to 2 by 3 layout
5. Disable the camera object in the scene
Expected: game view goes to black as no cameras are rendering
Actual result: last frame camera view continues to render until another gameobject is selected
Reproduced on HDRP 4.1.0, 5.0.0
Not reproduced on 4.0.1
