[HDRP] Directional light does not cast shadows unless it is selected in the Hierarchy
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download the attached project and open TestScene01
2. Select the Directional Light in the Hierarchy view and notice that the shadows became visible
3. Open the same scene again (don't save when prompted)
4. Notice that the shadow is gone again
Notes:
- This only occurs initially; after saving the scene, the shadows remain visible
- Only happens with realtime directional lights
