HDRP Depth Of Field blur is resolution dependent when using the Physical Camera
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "hdrp_dof_resolution.zip"
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Open the Game view
4. Change the resolution to 4K UHD (3849x2160)
Expected result: The Depth Of Field blur doesn't change when changing the resolution
Actual result: The distant GameObjects becomes clearer when the resolution changes
Reproducible with: 7.7.1 (2019.4.36f1), 10.8.1 (2020.3.31f1), 12.1.6 (2021.2.16f1), 13.1.7 (2022.1.0b12), 14.0.3 (2022.2.0a16)
