[HDRP] Deleting APV baking sets doesn't update UI properly
Version tested: 2022.1.0a1 + master
Steps to reproduce:
0) Create an empty HDRP project and Import HDRP
1) Enable APV in settings
2) Go to Volume Probe Settings window
3) Create two Baking sets
4) Fill the first one with a few scene and the second one leave empty
5) Select empty baking set and remove it
6) Observe how UI jumped to a correct set tab but didn't update scene list UI
