[HDRP] Default volume profile comes with all the overrides
Versions tested:
2023.2.0a8 – still good,
2023.2.0a11 – incorrect volume profile
Steps to repro:
1) Simply grab an affected Unity binary and create a new HDRP template
2) Open Assets/Settings/HDRPDefaultResources/DefaultSettingsVolumeProfile.asset or go to Project settings/HDRP Global settings
3) Observe that the volume asset includes every single override available
