[HDRP] Default Base Layer texture size reduces on changing docked Graphics Compositor window size
Default Base Layer texture size reduces on increasing docked Graphics Compositor window size.
Steps to repro:
1. Create a new HDRP template project
2. Windows > Render Pipeline > Graphics Compositor.
3. Enable Compositor > Dock the Compositor window.
4. Change the size of the Compositor window.
Actual Result:
Default Base Layer texture size reduces on increasing Graphics Compositor window size.
Expected Result:
Default Base Layer texture size should not reduce on increasing Graphics Compositor window size.
Reproducible in:
2020.2.0a20, 2020.1.2f1, 2020.1.0b13 with Package version 10.0.0-preview.27, 9.0.0 preview.33.
Note: HDRP Compositor window introduced in 9.0.0 preview.33.
Environment:
Occurring on Windows 10 & Mac 10.15.

Resolution Note:
By design, composition layers get the resolution of the game view. The user can further scale the resolution to half or quarter per layer, by adjusting its properties. In the video attached to the ticket, changing the docked window size affects the game view size, and hence the base layer is also affected. (see also the comment below)
