[HDRP] Decal projecting through a mesh produces NaNs when "Affect Normal" is enabled
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open SampleScene
3. Look at the bottom of the cube object
4. Observe that the screen goes black while decal has "Affect Normal" enabled
Expected result: Decal projecting through a mesh should not produce NaNs when "Affect Normal" is enabled
