[HDRP] Decal gizmo flickers when rectangle selected
Versions tested: 2020.2.0b11 + 10.2/Master
1) Open attached project or have one with decal projectors in it
2) Try to mouse drag and select the projector gizmo
3) Observe it's flickering
Note: Other gizmos don't flicker (light, volumes, camera)
