[HDRP] Clear coat materials produce screen-space reflections when the clear coat value is 0 in "Forward Only" Lit Shader Mode
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “IN-86136” project
2. Open the “OutdoorsScene”
3. In the Game view, observe the plane under the white cube
Expected result: The plane does not reflect the cube
Actual result: The plane reflects the cube
Reproducible in: 2021.3.45f1, 2022.3.50f1, 6000.0.23f1
Reproducible on: Windows 10 (by reporter), Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
