[HDRP] CameraCaptureBridge is not invoked on the build
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open Assets > Test
3. Enter play mode and observe
4. Build and Run
Expected results: CameraCaptureBridge gets invoked and shows camera information
Actual results: CameraCaptureBridge callback never gets invoked and doesn't show camera information
Reproduced in: 7.7.1 (2019.4.31f1), 10.6.7 (2020.3.20f1), 11.0.0 (2021.1.24f1), 12.0.0 (2021.2.0b15), 13.0.0 (2022.1.0a12)
