[HDRP] Camera preview shows Scene window gizmos
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "case_1132540-PreviewCameraGizmo" project
2. Open the "EnemyTestScene" scene
3. Select the Camera object in the Hierarchy
4. Inspect the Camera Preview overlay in the Scene Window
Reproducible with: 2019.1.0b6, 2019.2.0a7 (with HDRP 5.6.1),
Not reproducible with: 2018.3.7f1 (with HDRP 4.10.0)
