[HDRP] Baked reflection probe causes the scene to always be marked as dirty
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "ReflectionProbeSave.zip" project
2. Open "SampleScene" and notice that it's marked as dirty in the Hierarchy
3. Click File > Save
Expected results: The scene is saved and there's no longer an asterisk after the Scene name in the Hierarchy
Actual results: The scene is not saved and there's still an asterisk after the Scene name in the Hierarchy
Reproducible with: 2019.2.13f1 (HDRP 6.9.1), 2019.3.0b12 (HDRP 7.0.1), 2020.1.a14 (HDRP 7.1.5)
Not reproducible with: 2018.4.12f1 (HDRP 4.10.0)
Note: The issue is not reproducible when the Reflection Probe's Type is set to Custom or Realtime
