[HDRP] Assets lose their materials when importing
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP project
2. Import 'Slum_building_38.unitypackage' package
3. Place 'Slum_building_38' in the scene
4. Observe the object
Expected result: Object is with textures
Actual result: Object is without textures
Reproducible with - 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.0f1
Not reproducible with - 2019.1.1f1, 2019.2.0a13, 2019.3.0a1
Package reproducible with - 2.0.6, 4.10.0
