[HDRP] Apply to Prefab option is missing when pressing on the Light Component Intensity property's label on a Prefab
How to reproduce:
1. Open the user's attached "HDRP Prefab issues.zip" project
2. Open the "SampleScene" Scene
3. Select the "Ponit Light 01" GameObject in the Hierarchy window
4. Adjust the "Intensity" property in the Light Component
5. Right-click on the "Intensity" property label in the Inspector
Expected result: "Apply to Prefab" option is present in the selection window
Actual result: "Apply to Prefab" option is not present in the selection window
Reproducible with: 10.1.0, 11.1.0 (2020.2.0f1, 2021.1.0a10, 2021.2.0a1)
Not reproducible with: 7.5.2, 8.3.1, 10.0.0-preview.27 (2019.4.17f1, 2020.1.17f1)
Notes:
- The issue is not reproducible with the built-in pipeline
- The issue is not reproducible with URP
- The "Apply to Prefab" option appears only when pressing on the empty space below the "Intensity" label
