[HDRP] Animated materials via Time node in ShaderGraph does not work in planar in Scene view
Animated materials are visible on planar reflection probe in Playmode but not on Scene view while out of play.
1) Change manifest file to point to your SRP folder
2 ) Open scene AnimatedMaterialsPlanar
3) Notice materials on the mirror are not scrolling in Scene view.
Note: Antoine mentioned it should work not only in Playmode.
