[HDRP] Ambient Occlusion does not affect HDRP/Decal and Shadergraph decal shaders
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open testScene.unity
2. Select the cube and drag the "Ambient Occlusion Remapping" slider
3. Observe that Ambient Occlusion is affected
4. Select a Decal Projector and remap Ambient Occlusion with the slider
5. Observe that changes do not affect the decal even though "Affect Ambient Occlusion" is enabled
Expected result: Ambient Occlusion should affect HDRP/Decal and Shadergraph decal shaders
