Warnings thrown when modifying the import settings for .vf files
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new HDRP Project and open it
2. Add VFX package and the attached .vf file to it and inspect it
3. Try to change its "Output Format"
4. Observe the warning in the console
Expected result: no warnings in the console
Actual result: OnInspectorGUI warning is thrown each time the import settings are modified
Reproduced in: 2020.1.0a14, 2019.3.0b10
Couldn't test: 2019.1.14f1, 2018.4.13f1 (No .vf support)

Resolution Note:
The issue is relatively small and there are larger tasks being worked on at the moment.
This might be looked at at a later stage, but not anytime soon, so we are closing it as 'Won't fix' for now.
