HDR materials are not being applied to the GameObjects when entering Play Mode
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project;
2. Run scene "m";
3. Enter play mode ( notice that bars are not glowing);
Reproduced in: 5.5.0f3; 5.5.2p3; 5.6.0f2; 2017.1.0a5
Note: cant create repro because of too many errors.

Note: If you press on any cube's material in the Inspector before entering play mode, bars glow.
