Emission in custom shader shows different bloom than standard shader when rendered in Linear Color Space
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project("Emission_Bug")
2. Go to Project > Assets > Scenes and open SampleScene
3. Observe the Game View window
Expected result: both circles are the same size
Actual result: the circles are different sizes
Reproducible with: 2018.3.0a1, 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b8, 2019.3.0a8
Not reproducible with: 2017.4.29f1

Resolution Note (2019.3.X):
This is by design; adding the [HDR] attribute to a property disables any required sRGB to Linear color conversion. In order to get the old behaviour back you can also add the [Gamma] attribute which enables the conversion again.
