[HD SRP] Memory leak when in play mode when both game and scene views are visible when using HD SRP
To reproduce:
1. Open attached project (or create new project using High Definition - Preview template) with 2018.1.0b5.
2. Make sure both Scene View and Game View are visible at the same time
3. Enter Play Mode
4. See in Profiler in Memory section that Total Objects in Scene and Total Object Count go up by ~200 per second
5. Make it so only Scene View or Game View is visible and see Total Objects in Scene and Total Object Count stop increasing
Reproduced: 2018.1.0b5, 2018.1.0b6, 2018.2.0a1(210ec0022b93)
Not reproducible on earlier versions('Kernel 'KSampleCopy4_1_x' not found' error is thrown)
