Having "Nvidia Ansel" Imported into the project and pressing "ALT + F2" causes stuttering
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "MinimalRepro" Project
2. Open "Main" Scene
3. Build the project for Windows
4. Launch the build
5. Press "ALT + F2"
Expected Result: No stuttering occurs
Actual Result: the movement is obviously stuttering
Reproduced with: 2018.2.0a4, 2018.1.0b11, 2017.3.1p4, 2017.2.2p1, 2017.1.3p2
Note:
The "Ansel" asset uses the shortcut "ALT + F2" to be initialized, but as it is not included in the Scene, it should not affect the performance of the build
