Having folder start with dot causes a ghost entry to appear in project view
To reproduce
1) Create new project
2) Create new folder
3) Rename it ".test" and press Enter
The folder disappears, leaving a phantom entry in place and throwing an error about invalid view
Reproduced in 2017.1.0f3, 2017.2.0p2, 2017.3.0f3, 2018.1.0b4
