Handles.Labels are being disabled when disabling a UI document
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the “UnityDroneSim_small.zip” project
2. Open the “BoxWorld2” scene
3. Enable Gizmos in the Game View
4. In the Game View, observe the “Spawn Point: SpawnPlate” text
5. In the Hierarchy Window, select the “Drones/PlayerDrone/UI” GameObject
6. In the Inspector Window, disable the “UI Document” component
7. Observe the Game View
Expected result: “Spawn Point: SpawnPlate” text stays on screen
Actual result: “Spawn Point: SpawnPlate” text is removed with the UI

Not reproducible in: 2022.3.61f1, 2023.3.0a7, 6000.1.0f1, 6000.2.0a10
