Handheld class is not available in Windows Store Apps platform
Steps to reproduce:
1. Download attached project or create a project which uses Handheld class.
2. Build it to a folder. Exception will be thrown:
Assets\VibrateButton.cs(14,13): error CS0103: The name 'Handheld' does not exist in the current context

This class was not included on the version 4.5.4 for Windows Store platform. Will you fix this in the next update? When will the fix be included in the release?
