Halo is rendered after OnPostRender (5.4 regression)
Halo is rendered after OnPostRender, resulting in Halos not being affected by image effects.
Steps to reproduce:
1) Open the attached project.
2) Enter play mode.
There is a cube in the middle of the scene. A halo is rendered on top of it. On versions, prior to Unity 5.4, the Halo is not visible.
Expected: Halo is not visible (rendered before OnPostRender)
Actual: Halo is rendered on top of the cube (rendered after OnPostRender).
Reproduced on:
2017.1.0b3, 5.5.3p2, 5.4.0f3
Did not reproduce:
5.3.8f1
