GUILayout.Box onNormal.TextColor isn't properly initialized when launching the project
How to reproduce:
1. Open the project "NetcodeSamples" in the attached archive "repro_editorwindow.zip" (repro_editorwindow > Projects > NetcodeSamples)
2. Open the scene "NetCube" (Assets/Scenes/NetCube.unity)
3. Open the Multiplayer PlayMode Tools window (Multiplayer > PlayMode Tools)
4. In the Multiplayer PlayMode Tools window, set "Num Thin Clients" to 2
5. Enter Play mode
6. Inspect the box to the right of the "Server DC" button
Expected result: The color of the text displayed in the box is blue
Actual result: The color of the text displayed in the box is black
Reproducible with: 2020.3.25f1-dots
Could not test with: 2019.4.36f1, 2020.3.30f1, 2021.2.14f1, 2022.1.0b10, 2022.2.0a6 (Cannot launch the project)
Note: In step 6, hovering over the box will make the text turn back to blue
