GUI.Tooltip freezes when you press GUI.Button in custom editor window
Steps to reproduce (or just watch attached gif):
1. Open my attached project "Case823142Tooltip".
2. Open "123" scene.
3. Enter play mode.
--- Make sure that you have "MyWindow" editor window opened. You can do that by expanding windows tab in editor and selecting "MyWindows".
4. In "MyWindow" editor window press "Click Me" button.
Expected results: "GUI.Tooltip" should appear and shortly disappear.
Actual results: "GUI.Tooltip" freezes until you select something outside of "MyWindow" editor window.
Reproduced with: 5.4.0p1, 5.3.5f1, 5.2.0f3.
